RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Air Pets Services, LLC claims the right of refusal to transport your pet(s) under the following circumstances: a) If the client does not have a qualified health certificate (as mentioned above) b) If the pet (pets) has obvious health issues or behavior issues (as mentioned above) c) If client or a representative is unavailable at pick-up after driver has made repeated efforts to make arrangements Any of the above conditions will result in cancellation without refund or when possible a new pick-up window with a 10% rescheduling fee.

Do you ship world ?

How long before I receive my order?

Time in transit depends on shipping method selected. Typically, standard shipping is 5-10 business days. We offer expedited shipping options if you need your items faster such as GCED Ground 5 Business Days, GCED 3 Business days, GCED 2 Business days, and UPS Next Day Air. Ship date is NOT included as part of transit time/days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. To order online, and ship outside the United States, the order will be finalized off-line to ensure proper product handling and shipping charges are correct. This also allows you to provide us with special shipping instructions, shipper account information, or any other information required to ensure your products are received as quickly as possible. Can I ship it overnight (2nd day, three day, etc)?

Yes, as long as the product is in stock. All express orders, overnight, second day, and three day deliveries placed by telephone must be received by 11:30am Eastern Standard Time in order for us to attempt to ship it out that day.
